Issues
My official eShop titles have disappeared!
No worries! They are not gone and still safe.
To fix: Download faketik and place it into SD:/3ds/. Launch it from the Homebrew Launcher and follow the on-screen instructions to regenerate the tickets. This should only be needed once.
A title says an update is available, but just errors when I try to update it.
This is common and usually caused by us not adding an update into the system. Adding updates make it take twice as long as and pretty pointless since all it does is, for example, add another language or fix a bug.
To fix: There's not much you can do. You can request us to look into it in our Discord server.

003-1401 “Could not connect to the internet”
You need to be accepted.
To fix: Open a ticket in our Discord server and we will whitelist you when you meet the requirements.
003-2102 “Could not connect to the internet”
You need to be accepted.

eShop
011-8008 "Your account has been terminated. Sorry."
You have been banned from Samtendo Network.
To fix: Please open a ticket in our Discord server.
007-2001 "An error has occurred."
Server-sided issue. This can be caused by a range of problems.

011-2500 "An error has occurred."
Server-sided issue. This can be caused by a range of problems.
To fix: Open a ticket in our Discord server.
007-7020 "An error has occurred."
You tried to update a game, but you have the latest version.
To fix: There is no fix. You have the latest version of the game.
007-2001 "An error has occurred."
Server-sided issue. This can be caused by a range of problems.

007-6104 "An error has occurred."
Infamous error caused by something unknown to do with tickets.

011-6516 "samShop is currently closed due to technical issues."
The samShop is closed. This is intentional. You may find this message at startup or while browsing the shop.
